Michael Parks is a certified Project Management Professional having delivered successful projects in excess of $100M. He is a property technology leader with 18 years of experience at Accenture and a technology management leadership role at The RMR Group (5 REITS and Private Fund with $30B AUM). Michael has been involved in multifamily, vacation rental, hotel, commercial office, logistics and senior living assets for over 10 years, is a syndication sponsor and is currently involved in acquiring and operating more than 150 apartments. Michael is a MA licensed real estate sales agent and has experience in underwriting, property valuation, acquisition, leasing, and management.
